A piece is missing from my set! What should I do?

We never want anything to get in the way of your building experience. That’s why we do our best to ensure you always receive a complete LEGO® set. However, because we process and check our sets manually, mistakes can occasionally happen.If you receive a set with missing pieces, please let us know immediately. You can contact us by emailing info@brickborrow.fi.If possible, please include the part numbers for the missing bricks (these can usually be found on the very last page of the instruction manual). If you can also include a photo to help us identify the missing part, it helps us tremendously.While missing one or two bricks usually won't stop you from finishing a build, if you feel it negatively impacts your experience, we will send the missing parts to you.

What is an Epic set?

Sets that feature a high piece count, rare elements, or are otherwise high-value are categorized as "Epic sets." These are clearly marked throughout our website. These sets are available to subscribers at The Builder or The Master tiers.If you are a new member on a monthly subscription, there is a three-month qualifying period before you can borrow these sets. This period requires three months of an active subscription and a track record of responsible borrowing.Members on an annual subscription gain access to these sets immediately.

How long can I keep the set(s)?

At Brick Borrow, we know that the fun shouldn't be rushed! You can build, play with, and display your LEGO® set for as long as you like - there’s no time limit.With The Starter or The Builder membership, you can borrow one set at a time. When you’re ready for something new, simply send the set back. We will process your return and notify you via email as soon as you can select your next set.Looking for even more LEGO® fun? Choose The Master membership to have two sets at once. Double the entertainment!We also offer annual billing options for all our plans, allowing you to save money while building to your heart’s content.

What should I do with the stickers?

Some sets include stickers. If you receive a new set with a sticker sheet, you are welcome to apply them if you wish, though it is not mandatory. If you do apply the stickers, please do not remove them before returning the set.Generally, we leave stickers in place for future builders. If a sticker is in poor condition, we may remove it, but please note that we do not typically replace them with new ones.

Why do some pieces arrive pre-assembled?

Some parts - such as windows, doors, hinges, and turntables - are difficult to take apart or are more prone to breaking during disassembly than other pieces. In these cases, we usually leave them assembled to protect the bricks. Minifigures can also be left fully assembled.

Absolutely! Your requests help us grow our collection. Send us a message through our contact page or email us at info@brickborrow.fi if there is a new theme or a specific set you would like to see added to our library.

Question 7

How does the wish list work?

Accepted Answer

Clicking on the star icon next to a set puts that set on your wish list. You can then filter the list of sets to only show sets that are on your wish list. In addition to helping you identify sets for future borrowing, they also let us know which sets people are interested in so we can stock appropriately and add related sets to our library.
